Your contribution also paves the way for a public outpouring of gratitude for the many heroic healthcare workers and supporting staff, first responders, law enforcement, firefighters, elected officials and government employees, waste management, utility linemen and other essential employees, service organizations and volunteers, and the media who worked tirelessly to keep us informed throughout the COVID-19 and Hurricanes Laura, Delta and Ida that devastated Louisiana amidst the added challenges of the shutdowns.

This quintessential Louisiana procession will also celebrate the state’s culture bearers, including New Orleans brass bands, Social Aid & Pleasure Clubs and Mardi Gras Indians.
